Full-Time (Monday–Friday, mostly daytime hours with some evening or weekend events)

Do you love connecting with people and being involved in your community? The Membership Assistant is a key part of our Chamber team helping local businesses grow, thrive, and stay connected. From welcoming new members to helping plan events that bring our community together, this role makes a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a friendly face and first point of contact for Chamber members and visitors.
  • Help with membership activities: processing new members, renewals, and keeping our records up to date.
  • Assist with planning and running Chamber events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Create and share engaging updates from newsletters to social media posts.
  • Help maintain the Chamber website and membership database.
  • Support Chamber programs that strengthen our local business community.
  • Provide general office support like answering calls, responding to emails, and helping with day-to-day tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable using computers and common software (Microsoft Office, email marketing tools, social media).
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and great at managing time and multiple tasks.
  • Friendly, positive, and enjoys working with people.
  • Experience in customer service, office administration, or event planning is a plus!

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday (mostly daytime hours). Occasional evenings or weekends for special Chamber events.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18.50 per hour
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid time off (PTO)
