Customers are encouraged to share any concern about their HVAC system and to observe and ask questions during the tune-up service. All Tune-Ups include a 6-month No Breakdown Guarantee provided all repair recommendations were accepted and completed.

Basic Cooling or Heating Maintenance Includes:

• Check overall operation of system
• Inspect & replace air filter (if provided by customer)
• Inspect any condensate drain pans
• Inspect unit wiring and electrical disconnect
• Inspect capacitors indoor and outdoor sections
• Check electrical circuit & controls to indoor equipment
• Check indoor system for adequate airflow
• Inspect blower motor and measure volts & amp draw
• Measure supply and return air temperatures
