Lisa Maratea Promoted to Vice President of Lending & Collections at Earthmover Credit Union

Earthmover Credit Union is pleased to announce that Lisa Maratea has been promoted to Vice President of Lending & Collections. Part of the Earthmover team for nearly 30 years, Lisa was instrumental in developing a strong home lending department in her previous role as our real estate lending manager. Lisa will take on greater responsibility advancing innovative lending and collections initiatives, while fostering a collaborative team.


“My deep understanding of our credit union’s culture uniquely equips me to deliver measurable results and further our mission of empowering members financially,” said Lisa.


Lisa joined Earthmover in college as a teller, eventually entering lending as a consumer loan officer, before becoming a real estate lending manager. Spearheading Earthmover’s first mortgage lending program, she focused on business growth and building relationships, while tackling market changes and ensuring overall efficiency.

 

“My long-time commitment to Earthmover has provided me with expansive knowledge of the credit union’s culture and goals,” Lisa said. “My career has allowed the cultivation of lasting relationships with members, colleagues and peers in the credit union industry.”


Lisa is a passionate credit union advocate who has helped many members. Her sharp business instincts and drive to help members will be put to good use in her new role.


“I’m eager to apply my experience to drive meaningful advancements in lending and collections,” said Lisa.
